Delivery conditions

Our delivery partner is GLS or courier service. If you request delivery to your address:After ordering, the ordered item will be packed and the courier will be called based on the package size. The courier will pick up the package the next business day or the next business day if you placed your order in the afternoon. Delivery is expected on the working day after the package is picked up in Hungary by GLS courier. There is rarely a 1 day delay. For delivery to a package cooling point, delivery is 1-2 working days longer. Delivery to parcel point: There are two options for delivery to parcel point. Foxpost or delivery. If you request delivery by parcel post, please indicate in the comment field of your order which parcel post you would like to have delivered to. FoxPost parcel machines:

The stock status of each product on the website is shown on the product page. If it is in stock, you can see the stock availability. Free stock means stock that we can deliver immediately. If a product is out of stock, the product page will show the text “Available, delivery 4-6 weeks” or the expected date/time of delivery to our warehouse. The delivery date may vary, but if there is a substantial difference we will inform you.

If the product is in stock and you order it, we will reserve it for you and, after packing, ship it to you with the next available delivery. The courier will deliver the parcels that we have indicated to you the day before, so the daily delivery will include those parcels. Orders placed that day can best be picked up by the next day’s courier. The package will be delivered to the Customer the next day or the day after the package is picked up. This is empirical delivery time. We cannot guarantee it. You will find the current delivery charge in the total amount on the checkout page when you place your order.

The current delivery charge is shown in the summary on the checkout page at the end of the ordering process, according to the delivery method selected. The delivery charge always includes the necessary packaging and packing costs.

SOS delivery is also possible under certain conditions. SOS delivery has a higher delivery charge. But we can only provide it for orders placed before 9am. In this case, the parcel will be dropped off at the parcel point in the morning and will be collected and delivered the next day. The delivery is made by GLS and next day delivery is not guaranteed. So we cannot guarantee this either. In our experience, all parcels sent in this way have been delivered the next day.

If the product is not in stock, the product page will say “Available, delivery 4-6 weeks” and the confirmation will say “Backordered”. In this case, the product is in stock or will be available soon. Unfortunately, this website does not manage the status of incoming goods and pending orders. For goods in the process of being received, the delivery time is 2-3 weeks. If we need to order it will take 4-6 weeks. We will send you a letter with the expected arrival date.

If you order more than one product and your order includes a product that is out of stock, we will contact you by letter to discuss whether we will send your order all at once or if you want a partial delivery. We will only charge you once for partial delivery.

Specific delivery times, if a product is listed as having a delivery time of 4-6 weeks, it is worth asking how long it will be in stock because in most cases these products are already on their way to us and we may be able to start shipping within 1-2 weeks. Therefore, please always ask for the delivery time for these products.

For Domestic deliveries (EU countries only), the parcel will be delivered by either GLS or Packeta. You can choose when you place your order. All shipments have parcel tracking options, so when ordering, the customer can track the parcel’s journey.
