Our delivery partner GLS is the courier service Foxpost or Packeta.hu, and they made it mandatory to use the MPL courier service, which we used at the beginning, but it caused so much trouble and inconvenience that we removed it from the list of delivery partners. It is now mandatory.
In Hungary, you can choose from the following delivery methods:
In the case of GLS: After the order, we pack the ordered item and call the courier based on the given package sizes. The courier sometimes picks up the package the same day and sometimes the next working day. Delivery is expected on the working day after pick-up in Hungary by GLS courier. There is rarely a 1-day delay. This is the fastest and cash on delivery option is also available. It happened several times that less than 24 hours passed between the order and the delivery.
In the case of a Foxpost machine: We pack the package and take it out to the machine every afternoon. In most cases, the vending machine is emptied early in the morning, and it can be collected from the selected vending machine the day after emptying. A quick and convenient solution. The price is also more favorable. Cash on delivery is also possible with foxpost. The optimal delivery time is 48 hours from order to receipt. But it can be longer if there is a weekend or holiday.

In the case of MPL: We used MPL delivery at the start of the store, but after a lot of problems and complaints, we decided to remove it from our suppliers. The parcels are sent from Veresegyház and it is worth checking the evaluation of the Veresegyház post office on the Internet. It’s not by chance that’s all. Now, due to the change in the law affecting online stores, we must include them among our suppliers. But since you have to take the package to the post office and you often have to stand in a long line there, we can provide this at most once a week. Therefore, the cost of delivery includes the cost of this special work and the expected delivery time is 12-15 days. Cash on delivery is not available for MPL.
International shipping:
Packeta.hu delivery partner: In case of international delivery, Packeta is our delivery partner. They are in contact with several European delivery companies, so we can provide the optimal delivery to every European Union country. This varies from country to country.
Delivery time of up to 3-5 days is available to neighboring countries. 8-12 days to Scandinavian countries.
Cash on delivery is not available.

If in stock, you can see the available stock. Free stock means the stock we can deliver immediately.
If a product is out of stock, the product page will show the text “Available, delivery 4-6 weeks” or the expected date/time of delivery to our warehouse.
Delivery times may vary, but we will inform you if there is a substantial difference.
If the product is in stock and you place an order, we will reserve it for you and, after packing, ship it to you by the nearest delivery.
The courier will deliver the parcels that we have indicated to him the day before, so the daily delivery will include those parcels. Orders placed that day can at best be picked up by the next day’s courier. The parcel will be delivered to the Buyer the next day or the day after the parcel is collected. This is empirical delivery time. We cannot guarantee.

Packaging is always multi-layered to avoid possible damage during transport. Each product is individually packaged according to its size. Therefore, packaging is time-consuming. Please take this into account when ordering. The price of the packaging is included in the postage.
If the product is not in stock, the product page will say “Available, delivery 4-6 weeks” and the confirmation will say “Backordered”. In this case, the product is in the process of being purchased or will be soon. Unfortunately, this website does not manage the status of incoming goods and pending orders. For incoming goods, delivery takes 2-3 weeks. If we have to order it then 4-6 weeks. You will receive a letter informing you of your expected arrival.
If you order more than one product and your order includes a product that is not in stock, we will contact you by letter to agree whether we will send your order all at once or if you want a partial delivery. The delivery charge will only be charged once, even in the case of partial fulfilment.
In the case of special delivery times, if a product is described as having a delivery time of 4-6 weeks, it is worth asking how long it will be in stock because in most cases these products are already on their way to us and we may be able to start delivery within 1-2 weeks.
Therefore, you should always ask about the delivery deadline for such products.
In the case of foreign deliveries (we only deliver to EU countries), the package is delivered by Packeta. You can choose when ordering. Parcel tracking is available for all deliveries, so the customer can track the parcel when placing an order.
