Delivery conditions

Our delivery partner GLS is Foxpost or Packeta.hu courier service.
If you request delivery to your address: after ordering, we will pack the ordered item and call the courier based on the package size. The courier will collect your parcel the next working day, or the next working day if you placed your order in the afternoon. Delivery is expected on the working day after pick-up in Hungary by GLS courier. There is rarely a 1-day delay.
In the case of parcel post delivery (FoxPost), delivery takes 1-3 working days longer.
Delivery to parcel point: There are two options for delivery to parcel point. FoxPost or ParcelSpot.com delivery. If you request delivery to a parcel point, please make sure to specify the parcel point in the comment field of the order.

The stock status of each product on the website is shown on the product page.
If in stock, you can see the available stock. Free stock means the stock we can deliver immediately.
If a product is out of stock, the product page will show the text “Available, delivery 4-6 weeks” or the expected date/time of delivery to our warehouse.
Delivery times may vary, but we will inform you if there is a substantial difference.

If the product is in stock and you place an order, we will reserve it for you and, after packing, ship it to you by the nearest delivery.
The courier will deliver the parcels that we have indicated to him the day before, so the daily delivery will include those parcels. Orders placed that day can at best be picked up by the next day’s courier. The parcel will be delivered to the Buyer the next day or the day after the parcel is collected. This is empirical delivery time. We cannot guarantee.
You will find the current delivery charge in the total amount on the checkout page when you place your order.

You will find the current delivery charge in the summary on the checkout page at the end of the order, according to the delivery method selected. The delivery charge always includes the necessary packaging and packing costs.

Packaging is always multi-layered to avoid possible damage during transport. Each product is individually packaged according to its size. Therefore, packaging is time-consuming. Please take this into account when ordering.

SOS delivery can also be arranged for Hungarian addresses only, subject to certain conditions. The delivery fee for SOS delivery is higher. But only for orders placed before 9 am. In this case, the parcel will be dropped off at the parcel point in the morning and picked up and delivered the next day. Delivery is handled by GLS and next day delivery is not guaranteed. So we cannot guarantee this either. But in our experience, all parcels sent in this way have been delivered the next day.

If the product is not in stock, the product page will say “Available, delivery 4-6 weeks” and the confirmation will say “Backordered”. In this case, the product is in the process of being purchased or will be soon. Unfortunately, this website does not manage the status of incoming goods and pending orders. For incoming goods, delivery takes 2-3 weeks. If we have to order it then 4-6 weeks. You will receive a letter informing you of your expected arrival.

If you order more than one product and your order includes a product that is not in stock, we will contact you by letter to agree whether we will send your order all at once or if you want a partial delivery. The delivery charge will only be charged once, even in the case of partial fulfilment.

In the case of special delivery times, if a product is described as having a delivery time of 4-6 weeks, it is worth asking how long it will be in stock because in most cases these products are already on their way to us and we may be able to start delivery within 1-2 weeks.
Therefore, you should always ask about the delivery deadline for such products.

For deliveries abroad (only to EU countries), the parcel will be delivered either by GLS or Packeta. You can choose when ordering. Parcel tracking is available for all deliveries, so the customer can track the parcel when placing an order.
